Hilscher is a manufacturer of industrial communication products and market leader its field. The core technology is based on processors with interchangeable protocol stacks. Thanks to this technology, the connection to all fieldbus and Real-Time Ethernet systems can be flexibly realized in an end product with just one Hilscher chip.

CANopen-Software-Stack

Particularly noteworthy is Sotronik's own CANopen software stack, which was developed in ANSI-C and can operate up to three CANopen lines in parallel (alternatively two lines redundantly, one line separately).

This software stack is characterized by its low memory requirements, real-time capability and low integration effort.
